Tammy is the founder and President of First Pac West Group of Companies. Of Metis heritage, Tammy is dedicated to preserving culture, providing economic opportunity and improving quality of life for Indigenous communities. First Pac West Group of Companies was founded on the principle of improving quality of living. As a land developer and accommodations provider in small communities across Canada, Tammy first identified the need to improve the living conditions of workforce camps associated with energy and resource projects. In response to the undesirable consequences of conventional trailer camps, Tammy designed and developed the Solace System Longhouse, an innovative solution to address the many challenges faced by worker camps and the locally affected communities
