Prior to joining First Pac West three years ago, Dwight spent four years with Hatch, Ltd in a team dedicated to deploying large project teams to the remotest sites in the world. Dwight was integral to the development of the First Pac West-Hatch joint venture.
Dwight’s 30 years of operational leadership has spanned the military, federal government and private industry with deployments to Central and South America, the Caribbean, Europe, multiple countries in Africa and Afghanistan. Initially, from outside the company and now from within it, Dwight has helped Tammy guide the development of the Solace Longhouse concept to deployment at our inaugural client site.
